Foreign Investment in China Kept Soaring in the First 10 Months
According to statistics from MOFCOM, in the first 10 months, China newly approved to establish 35202 foreign investment enterprises, up by 7.66% compared with the same period of last year. The commitment reached US$118.999 billion and actual use was US$53.781 billion, up by 34.19% and 23.47% respectively on a year-on-year basis.
By the end of Oct. 2004, China totally approved to set up 500479 foreign investment enterprises with a commitment of US$1.062129 trillion and actual use of US$555.251 billion.
